The President of the EPDI Rabata Society went to the office of the District Environmental Department and met Deputy Director Ch. Muhammad Imtiaz at his office on Wednesday, 22nd of November, 2023.

In the meeting, there was a discussion about climate change in Gujranwala. Shahzad Lawrence, president of the association, said that the cause of smog in Gujranwala is vehicle smoke and smoke from factories, due to which respiratory and asthma diseases are increasing among the citizens.
